Conventional learning, if you read that passage careful enough … you will realise that although it encourages one size fit all approach but then it leads to differentiation like - some are able to understand and some not, around 10% become successful… so you see differentiation hai.

Central banks question, is also wrong reason being first statement is extreme and it says it cannot but the reason for it be incorrect is that eventually it losses traction… but that doesn’t mean central banks cannot. Central banks work differently and can deal with inflationary targeting, if they couldn’t work without central bank then monetary policy should be removed and fiscal policy should undertake there task. Listen nextias, target ias and many have given explanations. Your few others are also wrong
