Subbed! Ancient Gears was my first deck I took to locals all those years ago...decided to play again after watching what you did! Hopefully I can snag the cards at a good price to update the deck. Appreciate the in-depth explanations! Keep up the great content. Would love to see more combo vids for new players picking up the deck and plays against meta match-ups.

@@PagliochiMaicon We are still awaiting "Ancient gear statue " when that comes out. I dare say it's objectively better than tenpai at that point!

Have you tried 40 card list? Or is it better to play off 40 that way you drown out the bricks?

@TheSliferSlacker199 yes the 50 card list is better to avoid bricks, as well as the fusion materials needed for chaos Giant kinda force you to have multiple copies of cards to at least get you to turn 3 and 4 if the duel permits.

You don’t really play handtraps in this deck since you’re usually pushing to end the game by turn 2

Is Geatown considered an ancient gear card? Im asking cause the name isnt ancient geartown its geatown is it proceted by fortress or not?

@@BenchXI unfortunately no. But you do have ways to chain block 🚫 such as with fortress up. You can catapult geartown into a wyvern chain 1 geartown chain 2 wyvern. Because fortress is on the field your opponent cannot respond.

@@krawlerSPINE so the destruction of geartown and the activation of catapult is chain 1 and with fortress up your oppoent cannot respond. Its pseudo protected cause the opponent cannot respond to the chain?
