love this new influx of people making videos on mac in this kinda way. i feel like when artist is so ubiquitous, people never make these kind of videos about them and when asked why, it’s like “well he’s mac demarco, everyone knows him!!! tons of videos about him!!” and it’s like… nah not really. all the videos about him are shitty LOL. nothing fun to watch. nice video man.

omg thanks! i definitely feel you when it comes to the whole ubiquity of him as an artist, was really fun to go back and revisit these different eras for that reason. i feel like i grow with his music and its super cool to reflect on that
