Agree much. If anything RTS do make Woodlands area more attractive among all other options. Besides the obvious point of lower entry PSF, buying low empowered you profit more when selling higher. Not to mention the options of both TEL and NSC brings you the convenience to town and CBD more than ever. Also good point on every area of Singapore sure has it's demand.
