We have one of the chain trollys at work for calor bottles 15kg and the chain sometimes comes off or the bottle falls. How do you safety use these with calor propane or butane 15kg?

Use a carabiner to clip the slack end to the tubing of the cart.

As a TIG welder in training, I regularly work around cylinders containing CO2, Nitrogen, Argon, and Argoshield. This video is a total laugh with the acting, but having the thing fall over and risk turning into a missle is not.
