Sir is it high melting or low melting? because fusible plug needs to melt at 105* C right?

Ok No problem.. First of all moisture is an important factor in corrosion type.( AGREE) such as rusting.. sometime what happened In air some moisture is present so at each stage of compressors there is such arrangement ( manual , automatic draining ) which removes the moisture from the air...if we are not able to remove those moisture then these moisture along with air reaches to the next stage of compressor.... The dew point temperature of compressed air is the temperature at which water begins to condense out of the air into a liquid form which cause hydraulic lock on the piston and sometime it also leads to crank slippage . I hope u understand this concept. Thankyou

Water refer means the moisture which is present inside the compressors started condensing .( Yes Agree... At each stage temperature of air increases but u should also aware about the term intercooler which always approach the compression curve to isothermal curve ( towards ambient temperature ) That's why actually multistage compressors come into d picture ..... Whole system some moisture is present in air..which only leads to causing dew point corrosion... Refer to compressors lecture why multistage required ?

sir, how can i test compressor trips and alarm, like 1) LO pressure Low/High and trip 2) jacket cooling temp low and trip 3) discharge air temp high and trip 4) water no flow alarm and trip 5) motor overload trip such alarm how to test? i cant find this answer anywhere, pls help me🙏🙏
