If mail setting security is set to none, DO NOT INPUT IT. IGNORE IT.

POP3 means it will download and delete it in mail server which is not advisable for mobile devices and even in company workstation that is why he is using IMAP..This IMAP will send email in devices and phones BUT will not delete emails in server..So he is correct..

Wouldn't the port number for SMTP TLS be 587 not 465

@@kermitthefrog9904 Description says, you must use the company's WLAN as all e-mail services are on default non-secure ports, you cannot just leave the ports open, it's not recommended
