- According to the design of a 1D systolic array, I am wondering if we should also make the weights in a 2D systolic array look like fixed in a PE? - If the weights are moving in a 2D systolic array, all the results calculated are finally stored in the PEs, then will the throughput make a lot of difference compared with a CPU? Thanks.
