This is my next move. Did you add an auto coater at the same time?
@TylerCary Жыл бұрын
No we still coat by hand, I think with a laser we would have needed too for sure, but we haven’t had any issues with the wax and coating by hand.

Hello. I took your advice and purchased one. I’m really happy with my decision. I wanted to ask you do you use this CTS to create your separations? I haven’t done that yet. Just kind of curious how you set your jobs up

I take all my art from illustrator or photoshop and separate it using sep studio nxt. After that I “print” it to a hot folder that drops it into the rip software for the douthitt. Then I release the job to the printer. If you have questions when you get it set up let me know tyler@ihprints.com

Hello Tyler- are you still happy with this machine? I’m considering purchasing this one but I can’t decide when brand.

Yes, we love it, for a wax unit I would recommend it. It was one of the best additions to the shop

You dont need to have it in a darkroom? I see you got just normal lights on? What emulsion you using?
@TylerCary10 ай бұрын
We keep our screens in a cabinet, but we use photopolymer emulsion, currently from ryonet, but any photopolymer requires intense light source so you can easy walk around the shop without issue

It was around 55k delivered. They are available though ROQ or Douthitt directly
