As a recovering alcoholic I feel so sad for this girl because I was once where her mother is and I got help. I wish I would reach out ...my heart breaks for her and her family. Steve I would love to reach out financially and emotionally... Alcoholism is a sickness I wish this man knew and supported this girl emotionally..not all children born from such families end up there ..this girl has witnessed it firsthand...it's already hard for her. Though it may be disrespect I would consider the issue of a drunkard mum of partners koz women borrow a lot from their mothers. It may appear like being ruthless but the question is right. Does it mean that women are not calling broke men online careless, to me I would say the man may have used the wrong words but he has a right to question some behaviors? Actually, some behaviors are family things... and the same for some mental health issues like schizophrenia, google searches. While dating, you are not married so, it is okay to look at some behaviors of a potential partner critically. Dating is an unfair evaluation where one can avoid dating short people, black, drunkards, or not. This is not disrespecting to someone's family or the person but being careful.

God never left us, the 6 of us have good papers, businesses that support us, property and my dad quit drinking 7 years ago. We can only thank God who changes situations. This is so emotional. People have painful pasts that they are struggling to heal from. It is so foolish of this guy to reason like a baby. Who chooses inlaws. When you get someone you love, you have no choice but love everyone and everything about them
@e24news_KE2 жыл бұрын
Are sure you do not choose in laws? Actually only parents we do not choose. Once to date, someone, you choose you in-laws, this is why in our traditions, before marriage people had to know the parents of both man and a woman and if something is off they would cancel the marriage. It is the same thing with modern dating. The only problem here is the choice of words, eg "her mom is useless", two he failed to have a difficult conversation with her GF about to know the history. However, here there is a history of failure to handle stress well. The reason why we date is to check for these things and how compartiable the partner is, otherwise we would marry first day. Dating is not fair, we eliminate people with characters we do not like.
@SirKibet2 жыл бұрын
@@e24news_KE I believe we don't. When we are smitten by love over those we are attracted to, I have never heard of someone who says first let me know how the in-laws look like before I commit. Most of the time, by the time we meet our prospective inlaws we are already deeply rooted into love that there are zero chances for a reverse a gear.

One thing with the people who never found love while growing up, we tend to fall deeply in love with the whole of our being thinking that we finally found what we've been longing for and this makes us fall victims of deep heartbreaks, may this young lady find someone who will value her... I can relate.... Ni God alikutuma to save that young lady...

Everyone has his/her story. We are all a work in progress. I'll advise we read the book "WOMEN WHO LOVE TOO MUCH by Robin Norwood." She talks about relationships addiction and co-alcoholism. At times we make decisions and later wonder who but we don't understand that they originate from our childhood experiences. I pray for healing.

whoever will get this woman as a spouse will have found favor. Her resilience, character, and humility are exceptional You could tell from the first question that this man has emotionally disconnected and is talking about material things rather than connecting with her. I never heard him answer one question straight?? nada!!
