I’m 23 this month, and have been watching you for 2 1/2 years. When I first started watching your vlogs I was depressed, unmotivated, lacking that dedication to my health and wellness as a whole. At least this is the content that keeps me watching. The running and marathon training also really inspired me to go out of my comfort zone and give that a try.
