Ummm...Conan, who is fighting to one day become King by his own hand, who serves no King or Queen, would take on the role of protector of these three children who will one day rule over all of Hyboria, to include his own kingdom of Aquilonia? Someone got really lazy on source research it would seem. This must have lasted far less time than Conan the Adventurer, which had a far better premise.
