Angaar, you forgot to get the recipes at the top of the scaffolding at Muriela's Hope. One of the best hot food recipes for going into the north. The handles that you can find in boxes and on bosses is great for earlier game once you defeat the witch queen, then you can make the lemurian weapons before level 60 because you need the handles and hardened steel.

I stumbled upon the spider in The Dregs during one of my many run throughs as they've improved loot of the skeletons/chests in Chapter 3. I was a little surprised and glad I wasn't fresh faced hitting it.

Came across an event in the Summoning Place all the mobs were Cimmerian lost 2 of my thralls as there's a lot in there and found the boss once it appears doesn't despawn i just left him and came back a little later to find he was still up and the normal mobs hadn't reappeared so had to kill the boss. Also too note in the dregs in the Komodo area there's several chests up on the pipes which can have useful items for low/mid level players

I was about to cheat in some Poison to complete the poison journey step. This really helps. It also helps because I don't like spiders and I have done everything possible to avoid them in my gameplay.

I was just in the dregs, totally missed that spider in the side room. And I had no idea about that chain. I did see the 3 chest but only had 1 key. I learn something practically every video!

First of all, thanx for the series. I haven't played for 3 years, just returning, and also I remember the main ropes pretty well, I got some valuable tips. Second, Funcom never stops to amaze me how they manage to break what was working fine. Went to the Dredge yesterday, and the final boss actually got out of his acid pool too greet me. And he was levitating after doing his jumping attack. Seriously, only Cyberpunk 2077 had more bugs than this game. So highly recommend to bring a good bow, cause you may end up not being able to hit the boss at all.

31:49 Those arrows are also special: Mandibles of Atlach-Nacha. They look like cheap bone arrows but they are significantly better at 18 Damage, 50% Armor Pen, and a special of Armor Negation.

In one of your livestreams you mentioned taking backups of your game so that you could play around and try things, and then "reset" back to your backup. Could you make a video about how to do that? I've heard that it CAN be done, I just don't know how to. That would be fantastic if you would.

If you go to your Steam library and find the folder: \steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox there is a folder called Saved. This is where you save files are located so make a copy of this folder, then you can restore it if required.

Using the scicle on the spider boss gives gossamer as well, as well as the small spiders. I farm them for silk all the time.

I've found using a scicle on the wights in the undying city is a pretty good place to get Gossamer too... not that I've found a use for it yet. 😅

They will absolutely come through the walls lol. I tried a lvl 1 purge with sandstone building and 5 doors snaking around the outside and they just broke down the walls and then started breaking everything. I was wiped out after losing my 1st door 😂

Yeah, I am very careful with RotBranch and RockSlide. Both do tonnes of damage, so best to steer clear until you have some high levelled and geared friends!

New challenge: do the midnight grove without leaving anything behind you find in the chests :/ I got basically drowned in loot when i went there. It devalues much of the stuff like the lotus seeds too much.

Do the radium gems have any use? I've seen you collecting them, I don't usually do that since they seem totally useless to me.

If you learn the Legends of the Ancients knowledge you can craft Radium Wall Torch and Radium Standing Torch that require Radium Gems to craft. These are cool torches as you can drop a Dye into them to change the colour of the glow to whatever you want. The gems are quite expensive to make normally as you need crystal, alchemical base and witchfire powder to craft. 🤘😎🤘

Late comment and off topic, I am having a terrible time making a "friend" without killing them. I thought they had fixed that, was wondering if I was just doing something wrong since I am now on PC

It does appear to of reverted back to doing more physical damage again. Although no mention in the patch notes. Need to up your concussive damage with better truncheons/more points in authority/concussive armour/concussive food/etc

The basic truncheon is useless again unless you spec into Authority as Angaar mentioned. My strategy now is to solo the Dregs Dungeon. Just did this at level 19, ended at level 22. Inside the Dregs you can find an iron truncheon as well as a Simple Blunt weapon fitting. Just search all the loot chests. I suspect these drops are by design... I will grab these and skip specing into Authority.

@@AngaarUK Killing the "of Asura" thralls in the Sinners refuge has a chance of dropping pieces of the Asura armor set. Two of the pieces add concussion damage. Good for an early start.

It is not that they are weak, we are just at the point that I am getting strong with decent weapons and armour, and also understand the best way to fight them.

Ahh, you climb back down to the ground where the pit is, then there is a door in that room that takes you out of the dungeon 🤘😎🤘

Not sure, damage does depend on the damage reduction form your armour. However bleed and poison is not negated by armour at all. 🤘😎🤘

Angaar... can you help with something.... I searched Google and KZbin with no luck.... I had a challenge to pray at the altar in sepamaru... only videos I found show talking to a priest by the golem trainer but he isn't there anymore.... how do we learn to pray now?

So he is still there, although he is just a head in a basket right at the back in between the 2 guys. You can still talk to him though. You can also learn the emote from a book in the Summoning Place, from Mueiela's Hope and Temple of Frost

How do you get down from the stairs at the end without dying? My lvl 26 guy dies everytime i try to use the wall or chain....

I tried to jump into the pool, but missed and took a lot of damage but survived... however I would have more health! Can you not step off backwards and grab onto the chain again?

Go into first person perspective ('P' key) and slowly back off the ledge, falling onto the chain. Grab it as you fall.

I'm on Xbox so no P key but I'll try to find the way to do it and see if that works.... I also tried to jump into the acid pool and missed.... for now I just stopped going up there.... never got anything worth it anyway.... tks so much for the replies though....

@@theeternalone9863 Yeah the top loot makes climbing the chain questionable. Also, first person perspective is probably not necessary. It just makes it easier to look down at your feet to see the chain.

Yeah, I believe there are 4 croc bosses on the map!!! Also 2 rhinos, 2 reaper queen and 4 spider bosses!

I need help, my character lost half of the vines and resistance due to corruption, fart does not let me eliminate it with the dancers or anything, in addition I was corrupted the stats of strength and life, I do not know why, anyone knows how I can eliminate that state?

Yep, if you corrupt any of your attributes you will automatically get 50% permanent corruption of your health and stamina. I believe the only way out of it is to use a Potion of Bestial Memory, crafted at an Alchemy Bench, to reset your attribute points.

If you put 20 points into Authority you can choose between the Well Trained perk that gives your follower +20 bonus to all stats, or you can pick War Party that allows you to have an extra follower.
