I said this before a few weeks ago, but I would be shocked if you could remembered given how many people are now subscribed. Over 1K more since I subscribed, congratulations!! I bought this game months ago, tried it, got very frustrated with it and gave up. Just happened across your videos, watched out of curiosity and decided to give it another go. I have since bought it for my son and grandson and we started a playthrough together. Thanks for getting me going on what is rapidly become my favourite game.

I really wish the Golem we even just a little better at resource collection. That was the function I was most excited about and it is really not a lot of use.

I started playing this game around a month ago and this series of videos has been so incredibly helpful for a new player like me. It's been so much fun playing alongside and learning this game. I'm just a little bit sad I've now caught up. Hopefully there is lots more to come.

Poor Iron Golem. Angaar had ordered it to follow them and harvest so it got stuck running back and forth between it's master and the nodes it saw.

Thank you for the video, I was unsure about some parts concerning golems i.e. how to make them harvest. On another note my OG character has been put away, I lost everything again, seems I cannot get on enough to avoid everything deteriorating on the bright side I have a really good game going on on the single player server. I will hop onto discord this weekend to try to catch up with you.

Sword arm is for skinning hide buddy

So the maul arm golems can also harvest Bark from trees. They wont harvest iron nodes though. Sword arm golems can actually harvest hide from enemies. Lastly yes you can mix and match parts but the health will be reduced compared to a pure parts golem i.e. full crystalline golem is gonna have more health then a chimera with a crytalline chest. Hope that helps fill in any gaps you may have missed boss man.

You cant put one on the golem work bench they just haven't taken the slot off

I kinda feel like animating a golem should require soul essence. Also you should be able to put them back on the bench to repair them or change out their attachments

It is totally random drops of miss or chests. The higher level the higher level golem parts you get

If you max out Authority, the 20 point perk allows you to pick between Well Trained that gives you follow +20 to all stats, or War Party that allows you to have an extra follower. So you can have 2 follower without any mods using this perk. There are mods such as Better Thralls that allow you to have up to 10 followers, but that is too cheaty for me!

You can craft stone and iron arms at the Golem Workbench. Crystaline arms cannot be crafted so you have to find them as random drops from high level chest/mods, or buy them with Blood Crystal from Master Carver Huang at Mek-kamosis Spire.

You learn to craft them from Master Carver Huang at Mek-kamosis Spire. The crystalline golem parts are found in high level dungeon chests and on mobs
