Conan Exiles | Age of War | Beginner's Guide 23/24 | Ep.42: Kurak's Dungeon

In this episode we take on the final dungeon on the Exiled Lands; Kurak's dungeon. Added in Age of Sorcery Chapter 3 this is the newest dungeon to be added to the map where we have to fight against Kurak's magi and the spells the case before facing off against Kurak himself.
It is a tough fight and not one to be taken lightly. Be prepared!!!!

Great video. Ive been taking a break from Conan to play Ark again for a bit. I beat all the bosses on the island and in gamma before moving onto scored earth. Nice to come back to Conan again.

A series of arbitrary waves of enemies in an arena? Check. Long, melodramatic speeches? Check. If I were a beginner designing my first amateur video game dungeon, I'm pretty sure this is what I'd come up with.

Waves are based on Sorcery spells and the Magi events that were happening in the world at that time, other than the Corrupted Dragon which was new

I don't particularly like this dungeon either, I think I have only completed it once. I mean for a dungeon that is supposed to be all about magic it is mostly a melee fight. Thanks for the video the star metal weapons is a nice piece of knowledge. I defiantly don't think about changing weapons to suite a fight enough.

the armourer you have has the hammer icon and so did not increase armour, it increased durability on your kurak set. you should be using that crafter for making shields, while for armour pieces use a crafter with a shield icon.

While he does primarily increase durability, an Armourer (even a lvl I) will also increase the armour value and the higher level the Armourer is the more it increases the stats.

Changes to exiles with Age of Sorc.... then Stygians in Age of War and now Jebbal Sag Hunt. Exiles 3.0 does have an overarching Story but is it cohesive?

With the new updates the one from last week corrupted my save files had me redo the journeys which wasn't that bad. Almost had them done quick cuz I still had my base then it reset the journeys again armor and weapons go missing for my most of my thralls but still showing them them wearing it. Deleted the save files and start it over this new update really screwed up the controls. I'm on a PS5 in the controls shows you three different ways to run with the left analog stick. Tried all three one didn't work at all. The other two were seemed about the same and after an hour of playing my thumb was hurting so bad cuz I had to pressing down real hard on the analog stick to run. I think I'm 95% sure I'm done with this

All those events and content you can no longer do, I wonder if they're going to implement them again in the future. Maybe you can set stages of content as an admin?

Yea that Dungeon looks great but the reward for what you have to go through is meh. Not one I would want to grind over and over. I think I'd rather do purges over and over. Great video as always.

Yeah, it can be good for farming follower XP or Blood Crystal from the golems, but like many dungeons in Conan the rewards at the end are usually less that the gear you need to complete the dungeon.

the battle pass is bug for kurak... even if defeat it it not give experience 1/1 ...

@@AngaarUK Exactly the problem lol. I learned every spell, creation mode isn't on in my server either. I've reset it and started a new server one time just to see if that'd help and 0 unfortunately. I'm going to laugh my ass off if the problem was actually easy to fix and was in front of my face this whole time 😂

In a word youtube. I have had shorts stop playing then endlessly buffer. If I scroll up 2 then back down it usually plays as if I the previous was just a fever-dream.

Armor? Try everything. On xbox u can't highlight anything outside of your inventory screen, which means u can't take anything FROM anything. Chests, fridges, crafting tables, thralls, your own armor So, it's literally unplayable
