I think one of the things I love most is the fact that it is a circle, with a single square right in the middle. I have never seen anyone build a circular building in Conan Exiles this way. Even if this build is not used directly, this still opens up the possibility for a whole array of builds with the basic baseplate shown @0:51

I would like to see your take on the Sultans Palace in Aladdin as a desert build. I been wanting to build a palace using the turanian roof pieces but need some inspiration 😀

This design would look great on top of a tower, though probably wouldn't work great with the portals in that way. I'm thinking about trying it out, and putting a bonfire thing in there instead of the portal to make it look like some kind of beacon

Is there a trick to getting the Paved Walkway laid out evenly and in a nice circle like that? my detail skills are that of a moldy potato.

If you build a hex foundation, you can use that as a guide to build pathways around. Once you're done, you can then delete the foundations. I have two separate tutorials on how to lay pathways on my KZbin channel if you haven't seen them already.

Very nice build. Is the gateway a Siptah thing or an Age of Sorcery thing? If they're Age of Sorcery, do they replace maprooms or just an extra thing?

It's a new Age of Sorcery Piece. It also will not replace the map room and instead act as a new form of fast travel. You can link the transportory stones with other ones you have placed.

The new building system has a flaw it seems.. I tried a lot of different ways to lower or raise a Foundation and it just spins in a circle.. is there no more raising or lowering of foundations now? I used to just squat down and you were able to raise or lower foundations now it does nothing but spin in a circle, am I missing something? or has FunCom broken yet another game mechanic?

They may have changed up the button to lower foundations. Try turning on the building help controls because I have not had an issue with lower or raising them.

On mine I hold shift and then can adjust height prior to placement with mouse wheel.

I started on a new server and been using this build for my portals tho i skip all the interior part of the upper roof area i just have the Stormglass roof portion and the Nemedian it costs roughly 2200 Hard Brick, 600 shaped wood and 540 Steel re-inforcements if anyone needs that info.

Here is my road tutorial video. The roads are from the Riders of Hyboria DLC, and craftable in the artisans table. I basically just wrapped the roads around the build, slightly turning them as I placed them. kzbin.info/www/bejne/goWqhqKtgJiriqM

@@DrB048 i feel kinda stupid.. i dropped this comment in and litterally the next video that came up in my recomended was the road tutorial lol... i have tried a similar technique but never looks as clean as yours. i was kinda hoping it was something from the battle pass or something lol.. oh well 3.0 today so time to start grinding again!! there goes all my beautiful builds.. unless you know a way to reset my private server without getting rid of the builds?

We have had them since the riders of hyboria DLC. You can make them at the artisan table.

Please stop using pillars in all your builds it’s very difficult to do when building a giant city the size of London when all the buildings require fancy pillar work😢

Don't include the pillars then. They are just there to spice up the build a bit. You can also use foundations as a base layer aswell.
