From reading Sona's book, I think that we can say with absolute certainty that meeting Conan changed her life hugely. But while Conan's life may not have changed hugely by meeting Sona, she definitely enriched his life in a way that wouldn't have happened if he had picked someone else for his assistant.

Been a fan of Ellen's for sooooooo long but because of everything that's come out recently, I've come to appreciate and notice more how Conan actually is to normal people on and off-camera. The fact that he's so willing to interact and the humility he has towards his staff (e.g. the dinners) and the people around him (e.g. thanking people multiple times in just this one video) is just amazing. I mean the fact that they were even in Armenia at all because of Sona. That's a kind human being y'all. People often don't notice the little stuff. Looking forward to his next journey on HBO Max.

@User166437 Gffg Let me start out by saying that all three countries were much nicer than I thought. I like Georgia most, Tiflis is just lovely, and the mountain ranges near the Kazbek were breathtaking. Armenia comes second on my list, I liked Yerevan, especially the cascade, and the memorial complex left a deep impression. Azerbaijan was also much cooler than I thought. Baku has a lot of impressive modern buildings, but it felt a little bit like they were just there to show off. The old parts of the city are very nice and feel quite "European". People were really friendly throughout the trip, and my rusty school Russian actually helped me more than I thought.
