So, Conan went with the Fedex Pope, and Mick Fersuson, the Guy with Bulletproof Legs, but hated Dan Dana, The Guy Who's Never Heard of Bandanas, and The Diddle-Doobie-Douche machine? I don't get it. All four of those ideas are equally stupid/hilarious.

there must have been a million equally stupid ideas they passed on, so some apparently good ones were bound to not get on the air. Also they might sound funny when described like this, but the actual sketch might suck.

I'm so messed up by their comedy when Cronin said, that Conan was infuriated because of the Diddle-Doobie-Douche machine, I immediately thought it was because he had a coupon Diddle-Doobie-Douche machine store ;-)

Ok, obviously Conan does a great job of Selecting good material for air, but he missed the boat on that debi douche, or whatever McCann wrote cause that's funny. I'm just laughing at his description of it! He should do it on the new show.
