This is Ramesh Kudira I am a research fellow from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. I am planning to use TSNE and other plugins. I have been trying to install but somehow the Flowjo doesn’t detect those plugins. I can see them in system files in Flowjo software installation folder but somehow its says no plugins were added. I gave correct path for the detection by going to Flowjo diagnostic tool but even though it doesn’t add or detect those plugin. I installed R on PC as well but of no use. Can you please help me with this. I am using dongle as key for the Flowjo.
