question? - video shows towards the end 2 rows of screws into the CLT, yet only one row of screws into the wall, will one row in the wall be enough versus the 2 rows into the CLT

Hi George! If we understood correctly, you are speaking about the single row of concectors in the concrete wall. In this case the anwer is: yes, as the technical sheet of LOCK FLOOR shows, a single row of concrete anchors is enough to have a resistance much bigger than the double row of screws in CLT.
