Sir, at 33:57 you said, to make large moment of inertia, rim type's radius is made large. But if we consider two cases rim and disc of equal masses and radii, rim will have moment of inertia mr^2 and disc will have moment of inertia (1/2)mr^2 which is less compared rim.
