Functions of Good and Evil Otherwise an evil when applied in a particular context, it results in good. Such as, killing a murderer would act as deterrant besides being just from the victims point of view. Otherwise good when applied in a particular context, it results in evil. Such as, giving charity to someone who is capable to earning would act as spoiling him besides damahing his self esteem. Having said, Good and Evil co exist to test how a person uses it.
