Thank you for taking time to watch and analyze the point from the video lesson. In each administrations, there are good traits such as trainings for the poor (one which will enable them to be able to work and earn) , building of infrastructure projects, consultations with different sectors in society. It will depend on the priorities of each administration but one good point is they prioritize projects for the people 'with the common good" in mind theoretically. I say theoretically since that is what they think prior to implementations of projects unless problems arise during the implementation. The good trait that they all have in common is they want nothing but the best for the country assuming they have good intentions.

First check the kind of government being implemented in the countries being compared if they are democratic, parliamentary and the like. Then check how their systems works, what kind of leaders to they have and how they govern the country in terms of theoretical frame work.
