Is it possible to do MIVAN Type construction in houses (Which is usually done in high rise buildings these days). MIVAN Construction avoids use of bricks totally, and all walls are of concrete. Some builders like DLF in gurgaon are even making LOW rise floors with MIVAN construction. Is it feasible for independent people to use MIVAN construction for their new house ?

Please dont use acc . Reason 1. Heat . temperature is plus 2deegree . 2. cracks are increased . 3. No drill easily. 4.cost is equal to red bricks . 5.be natural use red bricks

Sir please reply ,,mera ghar banne wala hai g+1 ka, aur mai top roof mai ek rooftop garden banwaaunga is liye main 9*15 ka column se banwaaunga aur column to column distance 14 foot se jaada bhi nahi hai..( mai yeh kehna chahta hu ki agar poore ghar mai Tie beam naa deke only. Doors and windows kai uper tie beam de du to koi dikkat to nahi hogi ). Money save karne kai liye...sir aur ek baat floor ki height 10 foot hai

Thank you sir for this video. Much needed. Clarification: The dpc type thing with rod is to distribute load of AAC block directly in the pillars. It is called sill band. Question: if the compressive strength of AAC block is more than that of a red brick, will this be a better solution than red brick in boundary wall in case of someone trying to break it using a hammer?

Dont get confused between Compressive strength and strength. These physical properties doesn’t denote the application can be replaced by red bricks at boundary. Its th compression AAC can handle better than red bricks whereas the impact is well handled by bricks due to compacted molecules

🙏Namaskar Ji, Pl mere do doubts ko clear kijiye. 1. TV, heavy photo frame etc. hang karne ke liye drilling karte waqt ya baad me gitti ya pench lose to nhi pad jayega( as AAC blocks are light in weight and have more voids compared to bricks). 2. AAC Boundary walls security purpose se weak to nhi hogi. Kabhi aasani se hole ho jaye.

Better to use AAC on commercial projects. Flyash brick is better in house construction especially safety wise and also for damp proofing of walls

On an another YT channel, the guy was recommending AAC blocks only for high rise buildings. He said its not recommended for G+1, G+2 type of houses. Kiski sune kiski na sune. Too much information is also dangerous. Moreover we don't know credibiliry of these youtubers.
