Sadly I only got into this song when Roy left Kamelot. It was featured on a YT video called "Roy Khan Please Come Back". Ever since then I started to listen to Conception a lot more than to Kamelot. You can imagine the joy I had when Roy came back with Conception. This song is ageless so it's never too late late to rediscover it.

@@robertwhitworth8352 I think singing in a church has little to do with performing in a venue in front of a crowd that has come to see you, uniquely and exclusively to you (and the band). Pressure, insecurity and other aspects that don't show up when you sing in church come into play. That's why I especially appreciate how good he sounds, because it was many years without getting on stage and no matter how well you do something, when you have been a long time without doing it, usually, you need somehow some time to adapt again ... and he hardly seems to need it.
