I have completely washed out social media from my life recently.. i only use youtube for learning purpose .. i am a civil service aspirant.. no whatsapp ,facebook ,instagram.. practice mindfulness.. but i need to develop habit of waking up early... after removing social media ,my life changed completely..i feel intense calm inside..sense of self , worthiness drastically improved.. my focus is always on fulfilling my daily study target

1) Daily Work-Out morning & evening 2) Stop Overthinking on Future 3) learn a new skills like Devops and Brushup my concepts like MERN stack and AWS 4) I will made my Great Project it's name Dockercraft 5) wake up early 6) fight for negative things that happen with me like warrior 7) Meditation resume because past week so much negativity happen with me. so I stop the meditation 8) fight for my dreams any circumstances happen with me

when you sign up for something & don't follow up and you keep repeating that, it becomes a habit. next time you sign up for something & lags behind for some reason, your brain will comes up with excuses like "I have failed so many times.. what happened.. nothing will happen if you fail this time also" & then you stop following up

Do not over exercise at the beginning. Do it incrementally. Aim for consistency. And most important, have a clean diet

First of all thanks for your experience and wisdom. I have very peculiar viewpoints on this particular concept and I hope I will get some suggestions. 1) sometimes I feel that the purpose is missing in our life. Getting up early can be practiced over a period of time that part I understood but if we are in rock bottom, frustrated or in anxiety we will not find any purpose to do these routine. We will think these routines will not help much. We will somehow follow the routine and if we face failure then we think what is the use of these routines. We will think I have given my 100% , followed my routine but still nothing is changing. Then we will start comparing with others routine and success and again back to square 1. My final query is Is the habits bring the best out of us when we are in rock bottom or we tend to follow these routines such that we will not fall into rock bottom? Thank you
