Nice Video. Waiting for another one soon. Question: If I am inviting a user to my AAD via B2B, and that user leaves the original organisation in the backend, will the user be still allowed to login into my tenant using his existing credentials?

Directory 1 - Domain 1 - contoso.com Directory 2 - Domain 2 - test.com From the directory 1 (contso.com), when you invite user to test.com, a user object is created in your directory as well. Now, let’s say the user object (which you added in your directory as guest) is deleted from (contoso.com). The user will not be able to login as there is no user object exists like [e-mail] When the user object is created in your directory, after the user has accepted the invitation, the upn of the user gets changed to “User_contoso.com#EXT#@test.com” If you manually change this upn with your directory domain, then the user will be able to sign in, other wise it will not work.

Hey, if we included or excluded an OU in staging mode, how to perform full import followed by delta sync

You can maually do it by right clicking on the local ad connector.

No there is no as such, it all depends upon the config change that you do.
