Concerns around Ngwelezane hospital

My mother died in that Hospital in 2021. I was admitted there in 2022 and was treated like crap. To the point where i wanted to leave, but ended up being assaulted by the security

My dad died due to their negligence. (03 August 2023) He came to them with a polyp they told him he just has IBS ( Irritable bowel syndrome) and never looked further. He had to move Cape town due to his accident and his illness where in a month Groote schuur picked up he has rectal cancer, it was too late , the cancer had spread all over his body. So for almost 1 year they ( Ngwelezana Hospital) treated him for a blood infection where he had cancer my dad could still be here today. There is always an excuse for poor service, never a solution!

I been treated there and better conditions and cleaner than the Bay hospital. Staff was excellent and kind
