Kwaku, i heard you guys talking about the road guards, for them to catch those stealing it, they have to go to the scrap dealers. Thats where they sell them so they fould catch them on the action. You could even have people undercover and catch them. If this was to happen and people were caught then it would send a message to every other person.

That’s why I’m telling you, it depends on your location. In New Jersey yes, when you choose to live in locations like Newark and its highly populated environs, you’re in danger. Take for instance car insurance. If you live in high crime environments, you pay more for your car insurance in those areas you mentioned than me living in low crime areas . Is that true or not. Mr. Kwame Yeboah. Please with all due respect, i think these excavator's doesn't make sense. Is it not the same government has corrected galamser excavator and burn it. And he is now using our tax money to buy new excavator's. Meanwhile he could have share those vehicles to district for them to used it. Now burning it and use money to buy new excavator's thus not make sense.
