I’ll always remember my Dad lugging us out of bed one drizzly cold morning in Bradford, piling into the car and pulling off the road. I was too young to care what he was doing, old enough to be annoyed I was cold and tired. But the thrill of seeing and hearing Concorde depart off of the runway at Leeds Bradford is a memory that stuck with me.

I have a distaste for most devices that contain an internal combustion engine, but I think I'm developing a soft spot for Concorde since they are just so unbelievably beautiful. They are beautiful from any angle, but the drawn out S wing profile when viewed head on is absolutely stunning.

what an awesome flight and approach, i don't own MSFS2024 but from what i have seen the night lighting has a lot of work to do before it looks as good as XP12 night lighting. great stream FD2S. i wonder what one could do on approach to make better landing, i mean is there certain attitude and speed that is the sweet spot, i guess you was already in that window for correct attitude and glide slope? not an easy aircraft to fly never mind land. great stream and commentary as usual.
