Concrete Candle Vessel: A Collaboration with Halina PH

"Bukang Liwayway" or "Break of Dawn" is a collaboration with Filipino brand Halina PH. The concrete vessel draws inspiration from the colors of sunrise.
We used pink and yellow pigments mixed into our white concrete and poured it in layers to arrive at a cloudy pink and subtle yellow, mimicking a shy sunrise at the break of dawn.

You can use 80-320 grit depending on the finish you want. Using a brush or rug to apply the sealant is fine. 🙂

Hello! We designed the vessel with engraving on a 3D software and 3D printed the vessel before we molded it with silicone 🙂

Hello Trish, thank you. We do it by ourselves using silicone. We have the logo engraved on the vessel before molding it with the silicone. :)

Designed it on computer and 3D printed it with the details engraved. Then was able to mold the vessel with silicone. 🙂

@Arielina Roriguez Hello! Since the details have been embedded in the silicone mold, all we have to do is make sure the concrete mix settles into mold properly and the engraving details will come out great 🙂
