Well am learning but I hired a couple concrete guys and no better than they did am going to learn to do it my self and saving the money. But all i know about concrete is that it gets hard and will crack 😂 but, am learning thank for the video sir.

My dude, skimming the top with a 2x4 is called screeding. I definitely recommend covering as much as comfortably possible, particularly the arms and legs as well. Concrete burns are no joke.

eh If it's an aluminum 2x4 yes we call it a screed but when using a wood 2x4 We call it rodding concrete
