6:29 The announcers failed to point out what an incredibly skilled play this was by the Hancock. She made a last-second, one-handed stab at a tough ball, and actually set it perfectly to the middle hitter. There were SO MANY high-level plays in this match, I'm so thrilled to see. And, this male announcer's play-by-play is really quite excellent. I don't recall ever hearing him before, but HE'S A KEEPER. Sounds like he's done radio play-by-play before because he can really talk fast, and get the names/plays right. LOVb is looking more and more like a winner!

Wow. The level of play since the first couple of matches is so much improved. I've never seen so many clean thumpers in a women's match for a really long time, I can't even remember. Skylar Fields? Whoa. Roni Jones Perri? And from the middles as well, so many bruisers straight down, with serious authority -- Igiede? Holy smokes! She's hitting more like the men do, that's wicked! I read that she's been invited to train with the Team USA, that's just AWESOME. She's destroying it, hitting .500 efficiency every game (except one, .333). The way she moves and jumps -- she's got that "IT" factor, like an Egonu. The level of hitting in this match is even better than the USA Women's team in terms of bringing the hard heat with clean winners. Very exciting and entertaining to watch! Love the new talent.
