Condicote, ENGLAND - Small English Village, Early Morning Walk

Condicote is a small village located in the Cotswold district of Gloucestershire, England. It has a rich history dating back many centuries.
Like many villages in the Cotswolds, Condicote has medieval origins. It was mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086, which was a survey of England commissioned by William the Conqueror.
The village is known for its historic manor houses, which are characteristic of the Cotswold area. These houses often date back several centuries and are built from the distinctive local honey-colored limestone.
Like much of the Cotswold region, Condicote has a history tied to agriculture. It was primarily an agricultural community, with farming being a central part of the local economy.
The village is noted for its well-preserved traditional Cotswold architecture, which includes stone cottages with steeply pitched roofs.
The Cotswold region as a whole has played a significant role in English history. Its wealth from the wool trade in the Middle Ages contributed to the construction of many of the historic buildings in the area.

I was thinking the same thing about the church. All churches in my city are locked unless there's a function. Sad really. There's a peace within a solitary church I'm certain people could benefit from here.

It's a very delightful stroll around this village. It's kind of my favourite place to go rather than a busy place. The first two horses stayed still for a while I thought they were sculptures until they actually moved.

What a glorious morning to be strolling through a beautiful village. I love the buildings, the beautiful chestnut horse, the Church and the circular area that kind of looked like a village green. All the villages are beautiful in their own way, but some are truly special, as i feel this one is. We have beautiful places in Australia, but nothing like this. I will not see England in person, so I am very thankful that this is what you love to do.
