Waow impressive, I’ve difficulty to do the in and out (like just the intermediary movement between both phase). Also can you do a video on the step over like how you decompose it technically speaking. Great work will try today anyway

Hi flamie, watch my shuttle video it should help you. Start practicing the shuttle itself first. Then use it with the jab, in and out. Then practice it with the jab in and out on the boxing bag. Lastly start trying to transition from Jab to jab cross and so on. Yes for sure, I’ll put that on my list 👊🏼

How are you not exhaling and making the "hiss" noise when hitting with that intensity? My body naturally "hiss" when going hard and fast, I'd say anywhere above the 60% power/speed is enough to make me go "hiss". The left hook drill looks impressive, reminds me of Mike Tyson's footwork. 🔥

That’s only because I showed you the first round only😄 after a few more rounds I start exhaling through the mouth. I try to keep my breathing as long as possible only through the nose but as you already mentioned if I reach 70-80% max effort I kind of have to breath through the mouth too.
