If you have a private car, getting a townhouse or detach house in Mactan especially somewhere in Cordova area can be a much better option because you'll be close to Cebu City via the CCLEX which will cut travel time between Mactan and Cebu mainland down to 20 minutes.

good price for its size, nice location but the furniture and some of the cabinets needed repairs. we could’ve chosen that one if we didn’t find the apartment we live in now 😁

hi! 1 bedroom, semi-furnished (but you can ask them to take out everything if you have your own furniture), 15k/month + 2,500 for parking. they have a pool, gym, convenience store by the entrance and they also have townhouses but for a higher price. not sure if that unit is still available but you can contact them here: 032 266 0013. they’re also open for negotiation! just tell them your concerns. hope this helps!!
