I think to use this sheet for analysis you have to be an EXPERT in construction and material costs. Must say it's fascinating to know accurate someone who knows what they are doing can estimate. Impressive handling of data!

This is amazing, thank you! I'm looking for a hotel condo model. I have to admit that I'm not an underwriting expert. I'm trying to find a hotel + condo model. I think I can combine the hotel model you created, and this condo model. But, what's the best way for me to make sure all of the numbers are connected?
