I've stayed there in the past as a AirBnB tenant, I like the place, but 315,000k for this space is more than my house cost in Washington State. I know it's not Pattaya, but I would be better off renting a place for the next 10 years with the option to move whenever I want.

I live in the same building but at lower floor. What is not said, you have magnificent sunset view, beautiful swimming pool, and well maintained building. The down side is the sun that starts cooking your condo starting 10-11am, to have 33°C average inside temperature if balcony curtain is lowered, this unit doesn't have. This building doesn't have internal ventilation, If all closed for aircon, the toilet/kitchen smell remains indefinitely. The worst is the insomniac, many people as me in this building do not sleep better than 5 hours at night. Me, 3.5 hours only, for that I stay in my condo only a month out of 2 at best . To my opinion, it is due to electromagnetic pollution of wifi in every unit, because 5 years ago it was ok.

I stayed that side on 22 floor.. no mosquitos so you can leave baloney doors open.. Downside is bars outside are very noisy.. overall I like view talay..

I am coming to Thailand for the first time in 6 weeks and I have an air bnb in this building I hope it doesn't stink and the air come is strong Im coming from NY inJanuary when it is cold an snow storming so hope its not to shocking and hot in January lol

It looks the like the cooler winds are a little late this year. So I'm hoping that in Januray it will be a little cooler. At the moment, it could be as hot as 95-100F at midday. But nights have started to become cooler - Maybe around 80F

From experience I can say that advertising any development in Pattaya as having sea views is a short term outlook. Within 6 months your breath taking sea views can be built in by other concrete monstrosities.. been there seen that. HNY all.

and after a while it becomes wallpaper anyway. you reach a point where whatever made you say 'WOW!' when you first saw it is met with a 'oh... yeah' later, followed by 'not sure it's worth paying 50% more for 50% less though'. I had that problem in San Diego. Paid way more to be close to the ocean, but within a year I'd realized a few things: higher cost, smaller place, can't even see anything at night (at least with a city view you get lights and activity to look at), and it's not like you'll spending much (if any) time _in the ocean..._ Would rather be a short Grab or scooter ride to the beach, where I will hang out now and again, and get a larger place for the same or less money.
