Hi Christi, Thanks for your comment and input! Affordable and safe are relative words and regarding being a single older person, I totally understand your concern. Am I the only one that thinks Kirkland tower is way over priced? Especially the HOAs - ridiculous for a new build!

I am sure you're not. The building is about 50% sold as of now so those people do not think so. It's also woth nothing that Kirkland Tower is the first mid rise luxury amenity rich condo in Vancouver, so there's really nothing to directly compare it with! It will be interesting to see how it pans out in the next few years.

Are the HOA fees per month? Example 250 per month? Do they cover utilities and trash?

Thank you for commenting! Median price type condos here will likely have an HOA fee from $250-$450 per month. Utilities coverage is different for every complex, as it trash.
