after watching ur condo video, I almost reserved a unit at Mckinley West. But I thought after the 48 amortization, your real payments will just start. I can't imagined myself paying a condo for additional 10 yrs or 20 yrs for 30k a month. You can built a mansion for 10 million in Manila, Palawan or in Boracay.

Mahal talaga sa mckinley and if h&l agree sa palawab and provinces. But mansion in Manila very impossible po. 30m pede pa pero bare type. Pangarap ko din mansion in manila kaso di kaya nag budget and isa lang anak namin kaya we got a condo nalang for 18k/mo 25yrs via pagibig and planning for business ung condo and unti-unti babayaran principal amount para mapaiksi pagbabayad sa pagibig. May h&l din kami sa Laguna and 10yrs remaining nalang kami magbabayad and plano din namin bayaran unti-unti principal sa pagibig para less than 10yrs bayad na. Thank God kasi di nya kami pinabayaan kahit nung pandemic. And now nabigyan kamoi ng next investment na ang purpose is pagkakitaan para bumalik din ang nagastos.

I would prefer a house and lot with a garden specially you have a child. She would have a place to run around. Living in a condo means living in a limited space. But you can have a condo as additional investment.

House & Lot are best investments because it's yours for a lifetime. Whereas, Condos are only good for about 25-50 years, afterwhich it will be returned to the Developer. Even if you already payed the whole price for a Condo still you have to pay/buy a Parking Space for your Car which is very pricey. And still you have to pay a Monthly Fees for all the Amenities aside for the membership/monthly dues for the Condo Owners Association. Besides, in Condo Unit/s you don't own the Lot/s, you pay for the Space/s used by the unit/s.

Di ba meron na kau condo in Makati City? Well if you already have condo and you also have house and lot, I think you already have good investments. House & lot is lifetime property and the value increase, while condo's value depreciate. If you have a farmland or a beach land, you can have a house and at the same time some business.

Wrong. condo has 2 types of ownership, LEASEHOLD ownership were a buyer DOESNT OWN the condo unit but LEASING the condo IN ADVANCE for a period of 50 years, And FREEHOLD ownership or PERPETUAL OWNERSHIP were the buyer 100% OWNS the unit, so it depends on what type of ownership the developer offers, and Freehold is WAY MORE expensive that LEASE HOLD ownership,

For me,I prepare to buy house and lot!. I could do a lot of things both indoor and outdoor. We bought lot in pinas and built a house. And I love it! because every time we go for a holiday I try to plant veges around the property.. Also you got your own privacy! About security,just install CCTV at security alarm both inside and outside. We used to get renters in our property in pinas at it's a big help to us!!

It is fun to live in a condominium. I used to live in one but not in the PH. In a condo, you have all the amenities. Everything is within one’s reach. Like you said, malls are accessible and you are a young family that you probably would enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city and all the events but you need to consider the insulation and soundproofing or else, you’ll end up getting distracted plus the endless and increasing association fees. In a house and lot in my opinion which I now live, I also enjoy it. I live in a community with HOA or homeowners association fees as well but lesser than the condo I used to live. Buying a house I consider only 3 things. Location, location, location. You have Baby Bella who’s growing fast and pretty soon she’ll be going to school. There are houses near schools as well, besides, there are school buses so it should not be a problem. I also noticed that you and your family loves nature. With a house and lot, you have more space, you can plant and you can cook out which I see you and Terre love doing it. I find it fun doing cook outs but in a condo, you’re limited with space. Besides, if you cook inside, the smell of cooking oil and food sticks to the drapes, your clothes and your hair as well, then the smell lingers in your condo and when you have to go out, use the elevator, people can smell you and food smell gets that stale smell on clothes too. As for investment, you’re probably looking at a 10 yr period more or less to get a good investment return. My take on this is, a prefer a house and lot. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages. It will depend now on your preferences and with your style of living. As you go in the city (or nearby), it's hard to look for vacant lots for house & lot options. Or if see one, it could have very pricey per square meter. But you're near to malls, and other city's parks and amenities. And as you go farther away the city, the square per meter prices also go down as well. Price per square area also depends on the province selling. You' could be far away from city traffics, etc, and near to beaches and farms.

You can do everything about it if you have a wide space around your house. A garden, a nipa hut. a pool. You both love gardening. I am watching from California USA… I’ve been watching your videos and lifestyle and it’s hard to say what’s best for you as a family because I see you like both the conveniences of the city and also the province life and nature. I am a mother of 2 girls and in my experience I think a condo would be good because I think you want to be close to Bella’s schools and hospital and pharmacies, shopping etc. When raising a child you free up time from maintenance of a home in a condo. I’m not sure what your preferences in noise levels but I would think if condo is more quiet that’s good for a child when sleeping. The thing is you can always go and visit the province with Tere’s family farm etc. So my vote for you is the condo. Also there is work there if you needed to make more money. It’s not just about the best investment, yes you need to be smart about that but what lifestyle best suits you and Bella, that’s what is important

This is an old video. But i want to comment bout the "quality" of the house vs condo. The quality of the house that you built depends on the budget that you have and the developers you choose. There are a lot of high end subdivisions that is up to par with condos. The one you are pertaining looks like a low cost housing some estates developers sell, and the condo you have is quite highend. You cannot compare the two, as its like comparing apples with oranges. Just saying ✌️

House and lot is cheaper, more practical, you get more privacy and it's more economical. You can also park as much vehicle your property can accommodate. For peace and.quiet and security you can always choose to buy a property that is privateley owned which is guarded. Condominium is costly. Even if you own it you still have to pay so much for the monthly dues for maintenance. And the monthly dues is not cheap.

It DEPENDS where you bought your land, if your lot is 300 sqm only and its in the city area, IT IS IMPOSIBLE to EXPAND it, unless your neighbor sell his lot next to your's, where as in a condo if NO ONE buy the unit next to yours you can buy it and Expand your unit, even buying the whole floor,

Mirco, my brother, Ideally, it is most beneficial to have a condo in the city and a house in the province so you have both worlds..its healthier to have both worlds💚There are Pros and Cons either way, hence it is most beneficial to have both....and if you say its too expensive to have both, well all I can say is your life and your happiness outways any cost..life is short enjoy it while you can... enjoy it while Bella is with you as a child because her childhood memories will always be while she is with you... sooner or later she will grow up fast and that little window you have with her will all be the past...so dont let the cost $$$ be a resistance of what you want and what you know is right..money is something you can make, but time you cant buy back....... if you want both worlds, well have it both, have it while your young with Bella..so you dont have regrets when you get old.....Condos are also a good source of investment owenership because the market value of your condo will increase over time at a higher rate. So the value of your CONDO investment will have a more beneficial income provider later when you get older if you wish later to use it as a property investment instead of a home. Obviously, either choice, it takes money as a deciding factor, which doesn't seem to be an issue. Having said that, most people living in the Philippines struggle to survive and not as fortunate as you. Must be nice to come from money. People watch you guys for entertainment and not to be envious. Unfortunately, your daughter will be collateral damage, victim of media ratings. I send money to many of my relatives there from here in America even though I'm on a fixed monthly income. I'm happy with what I have left for myself knowing that I helped others with whatever I can give. With that said, with what your viewers sees on a daily basis, wouldn't feel better with yourself if you can just live in a comfortable affordable place and donate some of your money to many of the people that looks up to you? With the inflationary times and affordability, most people live on paycheck to paycheck and not as affluent as you inadvertently portrait yourself with. I've been a subscriber in the beginning when life and living in the Philippines was admirable. Growing your own garden and living a comfortable regular simple life. How things change since then! Change is good, but, not to forget your roots and it seems like it's been uprooted in a most unfortunate way! It's a deciding factor to unsubscribe to your channel! I hope others read this before you decide to delete it. Ill miss seeing your daughter growing up like the simple living in your original first house that enticed me to subscribe. Hopefully when she gets older, she will pick the right choices for herself and most importantly, for others less fortunate as her.
