A Complaint Case is regd. against da issuer of da cheque under Sec. 138 of da N.I. Act, 1881 following necessary legal procedure stipulated in da said Act. After some months of da Case is listed in da competent court concerned, da Accused (Defendent) had filed an F.I.R. against da Complainant (Payee of da cheque) in a Police Station mentioning that da Complainant had done some act of forgery involving da cheque & agreement duly signed by da Accused. Can da Police authority concerned initiate any action against da Complainant ? Pl. clarify.

NIA act matter me re open process karna hai kya possible he cheque frod police complaint against received cheq or matter file in our in frend and rilestion side pey fund
