Side to side great....but what he didnt show you suspension flex when going over bumps. We have 6 condors in a 28ft. trailer. if you tie like he did.....all you have to do is step up on that bikes floor board and do the slightest step up and those tie downs go loose.......its fine maybe on one bike but with 8,000lbs moving over bumps that trailer and those bikes will flex.....however the condor is still the best chock on the market....just go to the front forks and tie down those dont move....and they are way stringer than foot pegs.

Any way for a short person to get the bike out of the wheel chock without a strain?

You can buy much cheaper, but if that cheap bastard fails and drops your bike, you are going to wish you spend the extra $ on the better chock.

The condor pit stop is worth the money. The other brands slide on concrete, while the condor remains in place. The

the thumb screw worries me - if you had an emergency stop, it could shear under the weight of a big bike.

The thumb screw doesn't bear any weight or shear strength, it simply secures the chock to the trailer mount for transport if there isn't a bike in it. There are posts in the bottom of the chock that slide into keyhole slots in the steel base mount for that. These posts won't allow the chock to move forward unless the whole mount is ripped from the trailer. If there's enough force for that to happen, then any trailer mounted wheel chock will fail. Clint Dance can you mount the trailer mount using just lag screws I can’t use bolts because I don’t have access underneath with out removing water tank on my toy hauler

Notice his hesitation when asked if he designed them? Condor ripped off the design from Baxley, who started making them 2 years earlier.
