Condor Recon Chest Rig Review!!

I've been running a recon chest rig for years. I removed the double pistol mag pouch from the cent and added a tornado drop pistol holster, EMT lite IFAK on the left with an external TQ pouch on the side, map pouch on the right and the hydration bladder rear with a large utility pouch. It works well and I use it when i'm out with the local SWAT team as their medic.

I ordered this rig with the hydro harness and I'm very pleased. Good value and it seams to be made well. I also subscribed to the channel. Good work.

One of the things I love about Condor gear is it's good enough to do anything I;m gonna put it through. Now, is it battle grade? I wouldn't think so, but it's good enough for all the stuff I'd do to it in my regular life. Also, it's inexpensive enough that I can set up a couple different rigs for weather, clothing and where I'm going into and I don't have to take out a second mortgage.

I removed the 2 pistol mag pouches from each side , by ripping out the stitching. I use the last 2 for flash light and a admin stuff. The side pockets for compass and attached a water bottle carrier to the molly.. This makes a great get off my land chest rig, and a truck rig..

new subscriber here. love your videos brother. I got this with the hydro harness. it does sit a litter lower than I like, almost like a belly rig. but getting in prone hasn't seemed to be an issue yet.

Is the OD green very light or a darker hue? The Amazon ad shows it to be very light but it looks dark in this vid.

I'm thinking of mounting a pistol like you did. How is it to draw? Is it awkward or hard to have the gun that high?

It will be awkward with the pistol's grip facing your drawing arm, so i would mount the holster on the other side so you can quickly draw across your chest

SMLJEFFYGAMER SML that pistol holster can be adjusted via velcro to fit basically anything. I dont doubt it could fit a pistol with a light/laser
