I have been researching how to do a Retrospective meeting for two days. If I had come across this video at the start, it would have taken me exactly 11 minutes and 28 seconds. Best video on the topic and has everything you need.

Honestly, this is the best Scrum Master educational content that I have come across. Yes, you can use jira to facilitate the sprint retrospective. you can also use mural, miro, and so many other tools out there.

It is a 5 step interview and I have gone through 2 successfully. The third one comes up next week and it is a presentation on running a retrospective for team with new members who are reluctant to participate.
