They are not boiled, they are grilled on the flattop. I'm surprised the Flint style coney fanatics have not started to weigh in here! Oh, and Detroit coneys are a 10 to me.

I actually did notice that afterwards. I think at the time I was just unsure if they were flash boiled for some reason prior to being put on the grill. Luckily..... I'm not that popular to be drawing attention at this stage of the game. Hahahaha... Lastly..... Lafayette or American? Who do you got edging in the race?

Bro, I still have two more places I have to upload. 🤣 It was actually great. We go to different stadiums every year and see the city as well. Detroit is really cool. Did the Henry Ford Museum, which I could have EASILY spent the day there. They had everything from the Limo that Kennedy was assassinated in, to the bus Rosa Parks was on, to the chair Lincoln was on when he was shot. Just mind blowing and a great experience for my 11 year old. Phenomenal.
