Answering Coney’s DC questions as they come up 2:07:31 Martian Manhunter is a Martian, and he has a shit load of powers. Super strength, flight, telepathy, telekinesis, shapeshifting. I think he has eye lasers sometimes. But he is also super afraid of fire, so that sucks for him. 2:28:30 deathstroke and deadshot are extremely similar in their methods, but have some key differences. Deathstroke is a nemesis more for the Titans and Teen titans, and uses basically any weapon that he can. He is one of the greatest assassins in the world. Deadshot is barely a villain anymore, mostly an antihero that works with the suicide squad. His whole deal is that he is a sniper that never misses, and he also has wrist canons. They also have loads of differences when it comes to motivations, but too much to get into here. 2:37:21 that was the phantom zone, a Kryptonian prison that’s in another dimension. That guy that bit the character isn’t named, he is just some random phantom. 2:41:05 those two are Giganta and Atom Smasher. Giganta is a Wonder Woman villain who grows. Best thing that she is known for is probably the old Super Friends cartoon. Atom Smash is a super hero that doesn’t appear much who also grows. He was in Black Atom, and hangs out with the justice society, who are like the old Justice league. 2:41:33 that is Darkseid. Coney definitely knows him, just didn’t recognize him. 2:44:43 that is the Trench Queen. Basically a giant fish monster lady that used to rule over an ancient, more animalistic portion of Atlantis. She is a pretty new character, from the New 52. 2:45:21 that is Cheetah. She is a Wonder Woman villain that magically absorbed the essence of a cheetah goddess. So now she has super speed and animal reflexes and such. She isn’t just dressed like a cheetah, although she used to be back in the day. 2:46:13 this is the Tower of Fate, where Dr Fate hangs out. Standard magic tower, so Hogwarts isn’t too far off. 2:46:27 the rock of eternity is where the wizard that gave Shazam (the wizard is also named Shazam, but that’s just confusing) hangs out. It is an inter-dimensional place of magical power. 2:46:42 that is firestorm. His deal is a lil crazy. He is two people that share the same body, because of a science accident. Their powers are all about manipulating molecules and altering matter. He is a pretty cool character if you ignore the kinda whack backstory. 2:47:34 well, ya, Captain Cold is usually just a dude with a freeze gun, but his character is more than that. Among supervillains, he actually is one of the more honorable ones. He refuses to kill innocent people, and only really wants to attack the Flash or steal stuff. He is a Flash villain, and he leads the Rogues, who are a bunch of other flash villains, most of whom also don’t have powers. 2:50:25 yes, that is Swamp Thing’s hand chamber. I will not be taking any questions about it. 2:50:45 not the future, that is actually Apokolips, the hellish planet that Darkseid is from. Those alien demon things are Parademons, who are part of Darkseid’s army. 2:53:54 this isn’t the devil, he is Atrocitus, leader of the red lanterns. He is like Green Lantern, but his ring is powered by rage instead of will, so he is hella angry. He wasnt actually spitting lava in that super, it was his own boiling blood. As for where they are, that’s probably Ysmault, the home planet of the Red Lantern Corps. 2:56:30 he is a lot like Dr Strange. That’s Dr Fate, who is a guy wearing a magical helmet that is possessed by a different super powerful magic guy. His whole deal is helping out the lords of order and defending fate. Super cool character. In his suoer move, he is sucking the opponent into the Amulet of Anubis and… that’s kinda all I got idk why there are 3 of him. I guess magic. 2:57:46 Blue Beetle. He is a kid with an alien super weapon on his back that allows him access to any weapon that he could ever want. Also super cool, just had a movie come out about him. Think Iron Man in Infinity War powers, but he’s been doing that for way longer. 3:02:24 That’s Brainiac, an alien Warlord. He is obsessed with gathering all the knowledge in the universe, and does so by destroying planets and bottling on of their cities. In the injustice continuity, he is responsible for Krypton being destroyed. His powers vary between stories, but usually he can control all of his alien technology through his brain. 3:05:27 gun man here is red hood. He is an anti-hero that wants to clean up the streets of Gotham in a more violent way than Batman. When he was a kid, he served as Robin when the other one became Nightwing, but the Joker killed him. An evil dictator named Ras Al Ghul brought him back to life, and now red hood tries to solve Gotham’s problems his own way. Really cool, but also really edgy. 3:06:37 Black Manta, an Aquaman villain. No powers, but a bunch of hi tech weapons. He wants to kill Aquaman so that he can rob Atlantis of all its riches. 3:07:59 that is Enchantress. She is an evil witch that took over a lady’s body. I don’t know a ton about her, but she hangs out with the suicide squad sometimes. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk

2:57:14 Well that guy regularly fights the flash, his Cold gun is so powerful it slows him down, which means normal stuff like actual bullets flying at him just slow down into a stop (because remember COLD is just molecules not moving around which is what makes heat) without actually being hit with the main beam. Dude just has a function on his gun that makes an aura around him so cold it stops bullets and freezes people in place if they enter it. The master of absolute 0, the colest possible temperature something can reach.
