Also a another diffrence at time of appeal where in conviction on plea can not be claimed except for sentence whereas that is not the case in conviction ob confession.sec(379)

If accused 1 asked (for any material which is hazardous and harmful for human life ex. Suicide jacket) to accused 2. The inquiry officer found there chating on whatsap. After framing of charges (cognizance taken by court). Both accused plea guilty in the case and trial court convict both the Accused for 14 years. Now both the Accused want no plea guilt. How to solve this case plz guide me. 🙏 🙏
