He still sounds unsaved ...still possessed. He needs to confess to the church members on the pulpit and REPENT SINCERELY. He should focus on preaching holiness and repentance.

One thing we lack as Africans, a personal experience/encounter, a relationship with Jesus Christ. Most people are depending on their pastors, they don't know Jesus! Some of these pastors are just like the pharisees in the bible!

I may relate this to one of kenyan pastor who asked the church to give him time out of church we never understood why but he said it's something serious
