I am so glad you found your channel! I have been loving these thoughtful videos and these topics have felt so deeply resonant. I got very sick over the summer for several months and so stopped my many side hustles and moved back home for a bit, now I’m back in my apartment feeling like a gust of wind blew everything that was in momentum away. But I’m trying to reframe it as like when I buy a brand new journal and all of the blank pages that lie ahead of me- the newness- feels like a huge treat/pleasure rather than something scary. Also I feel like “let matcha be matcha” is something I’m going to be repeating for a while in so many contexts haha
