This episode is so interesting/funny because Bryan’s brother looks so much like him but is the COMPLETE opposite, 😄 as in the tattoos, the skater vibe, almost like Bryan’s alter ego but speaks exactly like Bryan has the same thoughts almost.

Congratulations to James on his sobriety. My husband ended up in the same situation where he was always drinking daily. A few beers after work ended up being a case a night and some, after about 20 years of drinking it caught up to him. The carbs in beer lead to type 2 diabetes and this February we almost lost him, if he would have been half an hour later to the ER he would have gone into a diabetic coma. We are now sober together so we can help him live longer and healthier for himself and our 4 boys. May you continue to be sober for your own health and sanity. Raul and Bryan I love watching you guys with and without the girls. ❤ Blessings

Ummm i love your brother Bryan. He has a heart of gold. I love the way he carries himself and has turned his life around for the better by going to the gym and making the decision to stop drinking. Omg! I can relate to your bro! We have an obsessive behavior situation. It’s either black or white for us. In every aspect. I didn’t realize this till my husband would bring it up. And after self analyzing my self yes. He was so right. Sometimes if their traits that don’t benefit you because we can’t just stay in the middle we have to just kick it to the curve lol or else’s it’ll take over us. It’s hard. This was soo good!

🎉Congrats on brother's sobriety. God is placing it in my heart to share this because the skiny squad has shared about their walk with Jesus and doing bible study together. I also went through functioning alcoholism. At the start of my walk with Jesus, I read in the Bible that drunkenness is a sin. It's just your conviction to completely cut it out, or if you want to drink here and there if it doesn't lead you to temptation to get drunk. ❤🙏 blessings. If we are following Jesus, it's our job to study the Bible and let God reveal the truth to us. Ask for wisdom. Ask the Holy Spirit to convict you. Please share this with Myra and Karina. 🫶

Having a son that is allergic to milk those labels that say contains milk are very important. We obviously know butter has milk but not all butter these day’s have milk so we rely on those labels to know if that’s an alternative option for them.

9:21 I quit Gardening and I could relate so much now that I’m sober I’m in my head 24/7 and I’m more aware it was new for a while I couldn’t really eat the first 5 days after quitting I would get so nauseous smelling food but now that I’m 3 months sober I realize how badly it was effecting me I was in a constant battle mentally and physically always tired always wanting to feel that high I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve made and it’s crazy cause the thought of quitting would make me scared but one Sunday I cried to god and told him give me the strength the next morning I stopped and haven’t truly thought of it or craved it since GOD IS GOOD 🥹🤍
